Getting to Know Mrs. Kriz
Hi, my name is Mrs. Melissa Kriz! I am very excited to for another great year of learning.
My husband, Kevin, and I live in Grand Island with our 2 children, Brody and Allison. Brody is 18 and will be starting his Freshman year at South Dakota State University, majoring in Natural Resource Law enforcement. Go Jackrabbits:) Allison is 14 and will be a Freshman here at Palmer Public Schools. We are animal lovers and have several animals at home. We love to be outdoors camping (Halsey is our favorite), riding our 4 wheelers, fishing, or just playing. My family enjoys watching and playing all kinds of sports. We especially love to cheer on the Huskers, Chicago Bears and will start cheering on the SDSU Jackrabbits!
This will be my 23rd year teaching. I spent 14 of those years at Grand Island Public Schools teaching a variety of grade levels during that time. This will be my 9th year here at Palmer Public Schools teaching K-6 Resource. I am also the High School Cheer Coach. I look forward to a great school year! Go Tigers!
